Why and on what basis

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare and conduct a potential engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who processes it for us

Form submissions are delivered through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), which acts as our processor. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted from Formspree and our mailbox within 12 months. If we start working together, related correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the engagement and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
